Ingredients for 3 servings
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast tenders (or breast cut into strips)
- Marinade
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons stoneground or Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons avocado oil

Steps
Step 1
Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and rub all over the chicken pieces, then cover and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes (at room temperature).
Step 2
Set a carbon steel or nonstick skillet on medium high heat, and once hot, spray with avocado oil. Add the chicken and cook on each side for 5 – 8 minutes, or until the outside is golden seared and the inside is cooked through.
Step 3
Enjoy the tenders with your favorite meal, like this detoxifying broccoli salad.
