Air Fried Herb Chicken

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1 ½ lb lean chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
  • Marinade
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
    • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon ground oregano powder
    • 1 teaspoon fennel powder
    • Pinch of sea salt & fresh cracked pepper

Steps

Step 1

Pat chicken dry with paper towels and trim any large visible pieces of fat.

To a bowl, add chicken and the ingredients for the marinade.

Step 2

Cover and marinate for 20 minutes, or place in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Step 3

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket (or on a baking tray lined with parchment if using the oven) and air-fry for 20 – 22 minutes, turning or flipping the chicken halfway.

    I made this for a quick meal prep and the chicken is so tasty and juicy. I put my airfryer at 375 degrees. Would make this again. Love your recipes and the app!!
