Ingredients for 4 servings
Pat chicken dry with paper towels and trim any large visible pieces of fat.
To a bowl, add chicken and the ingredients for the marinade.
Cover and marinate for 20 minutes, or place in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket (or on a baking tray lined with parchment if using the oven) and air-fry for 20 – 22 minutes, turning or flipping the chicken halfway.
