Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 can cannelini beans (white kidney beans), drained
- substitute: garbanzo, red beans, navy beans
- small handful parsley with stem, about 1/2 cup whole
- juice from 2 large limes
- 4 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
- sea salt & cracked pepper to taste
- Garnish
- chopped parsley
Steps
Step 1
Add ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth.
If you would like a smoother, creamy texture add 2 more tablespoons of oil and/or use juice from only 1 lime. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.

Delicious 😋 I suggest tasting w 1 lime and adding as needed. My limes we big and overpowered the rest until I added more avocado. Def a keeper for weekly rotation!

I am loving this recipe. Makes a great spread for sandwiches. Plus it has 🥑…I have a love affair with its creamy and buttery texture…
