How to Make Rice Salmon Patties Recipe
Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400F/204C for optimal results. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked salmon, rice, and ripe avocado. Feel free to customize your patties with optional add-ins like red pepper flakes or chopped green onions for an extra kick of flavor.
Once your mixture is well combined, use a scoop or spoon to portion out 10 equally-sized servings, shaping them into patties. For best results, let them chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
Next, set up a breading station with three bowls: one containing oat flour or your flour of choice, another with beaten eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs. Dip each patty into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat them generously with breadcrumbs.
Now, it’s time to air-fry your patties. Place them in the air-fryer basket, giving them a light spray of oil for that crispy exterior. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Enjoy Your Salmon Rice Patties
Once cooked to perfection, serve your Air-Fried Salmon, Avocado & Rice Patties immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or condiment. Whether enjoyed as a main dish or a tasty appetizer, these patties are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.
