This recipe for a berry parfait is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack option that’s sure to satisfy your taste buds and fuel your body. It’s a simple recipe that comes together quickly, and it’s packed with protein, fiber, and nutrients from the mixed berries, coconut oil, and granola.
To begin, you’ll need to gather a few key ingredients: a scoop of Labrada ISO LeanPro vanilla protein, a mix of berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries), coconut oil, Greek yogurt, granola, and cinnamon. In a bowl, mix the protein with the Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps of protein.
Next, heat up a skillet over medium heat and add in some coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, add the mixed berries to the skillet and stir them around with a spatula. Allow the berries to cook until they start to “explode” and release their natural syrup. Then, cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low, cooking the berries for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, being careful not to let them burn.
Once the berries are cooked, it’s time to build your parfait. In a bowl, add the protein yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of granola. Pour the warm berries over the top of the granola, and your parfait is ready to enjoy.
This recipe makes one serving, but you can easily adjust the quantities if you’d like to make more or fewer parfaits. With its tasty combination of protein, fruit, and granola, this berry parfait recipe is a satisfying and nourishing way to start your day. Overall, this parfaits recipe is a great option for anyone looking to incorporate more protein into their diet in a tasty and convenient way while also keeping it healthy.
