It combines creamy Greek yogurt with a warm and flavorful raspberry sauce, topped off with crunchy granola for added texture. This is an easy recipe to make and can be customized to your liking with different sweeteners and add-ons.

To make the raspberry sauce, heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in 2 cups of fresh raspberries (or blueberries, if you prefer) and gently mash them with a spatula as they heat up. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the berries start to soften. Bring the berries to a light simmer, then sprinkle in a tablespoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of agave, honey, or your choice of sweetener (if desired). You can also mix in some optional spices like cardamom and turmeric, or swap the cinnamon for allspice for a different flavor. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another minute, then remove the skillet from the heat.

To assemble the parfaits, add 1 1/2 cups of 2% Greek yogurt to a bowl or cup. Pour a serving of the warm raspberry sauce over the yogurt, and then top it off with 3 tablespoons of granola. You can use any type of granola you like, or you can make your own by mixing oats, nuts, seeds, and sweetener and baking them in the oven. Enjoy your warm raspberry parfaits right away, or store it in the fridge for a quick and convenient snack later.
