Ingredients

Batter ingredients:

  • 1 scoop @MuscleMeds Carnivore chocolate protein
  • 2/3 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour,
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder,
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp almond extract
  • 3 packets Stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (unsweetened).

 

Icing ingredients:

  • 1 scoop @TeamBetancourt White chocolate protein,
  • 6 tbsp fat free Cool Whip
  • 4oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 packet Stevia (optional)
Steps
  • Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 350F
