Salmon. In my opinion, one of the best proteins to add to your diet. It’s hearty, flavorful and loaded with healthy omega-3 fatty acids to give you long, lasting energy.

Don’t try to be too fancy with the seasoning – just keep it simple! A little seasoning and fatty (fish) flesh meat will go a long way.

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1lb wild-caught salmon (cut into 4 fillets)
  • Seasonings:
    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
    • sea salt & pepper
Steps
  1. Set your grill or oven to 350F.
  2. Rub the fillets in the seasoning and ensure they are completely covered.
  3. Place the fillets on the grill (or on a baking sheet) and cook for about 15 minutes, or until desired readiness.
