Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2 asparagus spears
- 1/2 cup brown rice & quinoa mix
- 1 sweet mini red bell pepper
- garlic, pepper and pinch of sea salt
- half pink grapefruit
- 1 scoop ISO whey protein
Steps
- Set oven to 405F.
- Lightly spray a skillet with coconut oil or olive oil.
- Add cooked brown rice & quinoa to the skillet.
- Pour in egg whites. Add asparagus strips and bell pepper slices.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
