I am starting off the day with an egg white, asparagus and brown rice & quinoa frittata, with half pink grapefruit and ISO protein shake. This is a simple breakfast you can make while you get ready for the day. Boom.

Egg White, Asparagus and Brown Rice & Quinoa Frittata

Ingredients
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 asparagus spears
  • 1/2 cup brown rice & quinoa mix
  • 1 sweet mini red bell pepper
  • garlic, pepper and pinch of sea salt
  • half pink grapefruit
  • 1 scoop ISO whey protein
Steps
  1. Set oven to 405F.
  2. Lightly spray a skillet with coconut oil or olive oil.
  3. Add cooked brown rice & quinoa to the skillet.
  4. Pour in egg whites.  Add asparagus strips and bell pepper slices.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
