Egg White, Asparagus and Brown Rice & Quinoa Frittata

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 asparagus spears
  • 1/2 cup brown rice & quinoa mix
  • 1 sweet mini red bell pepper
  • garlic, pepper and pinch of sea salt
  • half pink grapefruit
  • 1 scoop ISO whey protein

Steps

Step 1

Set oven to 405F.

Step 2

Lightly spray a skillet with coconut oil or olive oil.

Step 3

Add cooked brown rice & quinoa to the skillet.

Step 4

Pour in egg whites. Add asparagus strips and bell pepper slices.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
