Egg White, Asparagus and Brown Rice & Quinoa Frittata
I am starting off the day with an egg white, asparagus and brown rice & quinoa frittata, with half pink grapefruit and ISO protein shake. This is a simple breakfast you can make while you get ready for the day. Boom.
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2 asparagus spears
- 1/2 cup brown rice & quinoa mix
- 1 sweet mini red bell pepper
- garlic, pepper and pinch of sea salt
- half pink grapefruit
- 1 scoop ISO whey protein
Steps
Step 1
Set oven to 405F.
Step 2
Lightly spray a skillet with coconut oil or olive oil.
Step 3
Add cooked brown rice & quinoa to the skillet.
Step 4
Pour in egg whites. Add asparagus strips and bell pepper slices.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
