Melon Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients for 1 serving

* Optional Substitution Note
  • 3/4 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or your choice of nut
  • Fresh mint (optional but recommended for flavor)

Steps

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a container and enjoy!

Step 2

If you’d like more of a protein boost, you can add a lower carb protein shake or add a boiled egg.
