- 5 medjool dates
- 30g raw walnuts
- 5 tablespoons melted unsweetened dark chocolate – optional
- topping of choice (coarse sea salt) – optional

Open a date, remove the pit.
Step 2
Add walnut halves.

Or you can add other ingredients such as almond butter or beef jerky.

Press the date firmly closed.
