Beautiful and delicious spicy orange glazed salmon kabobs that will certainly blow you away. Put a twist on simple grilled salmon kabobs by implementing different flavors. With this simple recipe, you are guaranteed to enjoy a well-balanced meal that you can prepare in under an hour. The best thing about the recipe is that this marinade is extremely versatile so you can experiment with it by using different proteins or vegetables. This one is definitely worth keeping around or even implementing into your weekly diet as one of the go-to salmon recipes.

First things first, for this recipe you will need the following ingredients. Keep in mind that this is enough for about one pound of salmon meat or about three to six servings. So, you will need one-fourth cup of orange marmalade that is sugar-free, half a tablespoon of paprika, half a tablespoon of coconut sugar, one teaspoon of Tabasco which you can also supplement with one teaspoon of cayenne pepper if you prefer, and lastly juice from a mandarin orange.

In a large bowl combine orange marmalade, coconut sugar, paprika, Tabasco sauce, and finally juice from the mandarin orange. Slice your salmon into pieces that are big enough for a kabob and then add the pieces to the marinade. Let the meat marinate for at least 20 minutes but no more than 45. Once done, take a wooden skewer and skewer the salmon. Repeat for all of the pieces. Now that you have your salmon skewers, get a baking sheet and place your salmon on it. Bake the kabobs in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes at 405 degrees Fahrenheit.

With this recipe, cooking salmon has never been easier. From start to finish in less than an hour, this recipe is also a great way to do meal prep. Enjoy!
