These Turkey and Spinach Egg Rolls will provide you with a delicious and nutritious dinner. These egg rolls strike the ideal mix between flavor and health thanks to their abundance of lean ground turkey, fresh spinach, and a variety of savory spices. To make this delicious recipe, stick to the following instructions.

Make sure your oven is preheated to 405 degrees Fahrenheit so that the egg rolls may be baked to a lovely golden brown.
Add 6 ounces of extra lean ground turkey to a pan over medium heat. Add the seasonings, which include 1 tablespoon of red chili paste, 1/2 tablespoon of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, a teaspoon of cumin, and chopped garlic. To disperse the flavors equally, quickly stir the ingredients with a spatula.

Add 2 cups of uncooked spinach to the skillet after the ground turkey has been cooked for about half the time. To get the spinach to wilt and incorporate with the turkey, stir and turn the mixture with a spatula.

Place around one-third of the turkey and spinach mixture onto one egg roll wrap. Place a few bean sprouts on top.
About halfway through folding the contents in the egg roll wrap, fold in the edges of the wrap, and roll the egg roll until it is closed. Until all of the filling has been used up, repeat this procedure with the leftover turkey and spinach mixture.

The egg rolls should be placed on a baking pan and gently oiled with either coconut or olive oil. As they bake, this will make them crispier.
Bake the egg rolls for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are a gorgeous golden brown, on the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
The egg rolls should be served after being removed from the oven and given some time to cool.
