Microwave Egg Noodles & Pasta Recipe
- 2oz egg noodles
- enough to cover the noodles

Microwave Tuna Casserole
- 4oz egg noodles
- 2 cans (10oz) albacore tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup frozen peas & carrots
- 1 can (1.75 cups) no fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar
- 1/4 cup gluten-free panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan, grated
Cook noodles according to the steps provided in this “how to microwave egg noodles” overview.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and gently fold together.
Mix together panko and parmesan and lightly spray with oil so it kinda clumps together.
Add the filling to a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle the parmesan mixture on top.
Lightly cover and cook in the microwave for 6 – 8 minutes.
Let it cool slightly for 3 – 5 minutes before enjoying it!
