  • 2 cans (10oz) albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup frozen peas & carrots
  • 1 can (1.75 cups) no fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free panko crumbs
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan, grated
