The richness of a cooked egg, the smoothness of avocado, and the delicious zing of seasoned red potatoes are all combined in this delectable meal. This is how to do it.
Set your oven’s temperature to 405°F to start. Half a medium avocado lengthwise, then gently scoop out the pit. To make room for the egg, use a spoon to hollow out one side of the avocado. In the avocado’s hollowed-out area, crack an egg and generously top it with your favorite seasonings, such as cumin, sea salt, pepper, red pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the filled avocado on a baking sheet and, if necessary, support it with foil. The avocado should be baked in the preheated oven for about 17 to 20 minutes, or until the egg becomes white and is cooked to your preference. Watch it carefully to prevent overcooking.
Set a pan over medium heat and drizzle it with a little coconut oil or olive oil while the avocado bakes. Season the red potatoes with cumin, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and pepper before adding them to the pan. Use a spatula to stir the potatoes while they cook, until they are tender but still firm. The spices will impart a rich taste to the potatoes.
It’s time to feast once the baked avocado egg and perfectly cooked red potatoes are done. For a filling and tasty breakfast, serve the seasoned red potatoes together with the avocado egg. The lovely mix of creamy avocado, properly cooked egg, and tasty potatoes will entice your palate and provide you energy throughout the morning.
