Here’s a healthy spicy balsamic chicken recipe so you can spice up your meal prep or get your family into eating healthier! Boom.

Making this balsamic chicken recipe is so easy. First, mix balsamic dressing, honey, red chili sauce and ginger in a small bowl. I prefer to make my own balsamic dressing to have control over the flavor to suit my taste. Place chicken in a vacuum bag and add your sauce. Marinate chicken for at least 20 minutes.

While we marinate the chicken, we can set the oven to 405 degrees. After 20 minutes, place marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake chicken for fifteen minutes at 405F.

Remove from the oven and serve on a plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and it’s ready! Add any dish you want aside. It’s a great combo with any carbs such as potato and rice, or you can grill vegetables.
