Ingredients for 1 smoothie
- 1/2 small green apple
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup spinach (tightly packed)
- 1/4 cup raw almonds (or walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons raw oats (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 25g collagen protein
- 1/2 cup (or more/less) water (also substitute ice)
Steps
Add ingredients to a blender and process until smoothie. For best results, freeze the apple or kiwi beforehand to help chill and thicken the smoothie.
