Low Sugar Recovery Protein Green Smoothie

Ingredients for 1 smoothie

  • 1/2 small green apple
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup spinach (tightly packed)
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds (or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons raw oats (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 25g collagen protein
  • 1/2 cup (or more/less) water (also substitute ice)

Add ingredients to a blender and process until smoothie. For best results, freeze the apple or kiwi beforehand to help chill and thicken the smoothie.
