Granola, Strawberry, Blackberry, Cinnamon Parfait
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup strawberries and blackberries
- 1/3 cup flax granola
- cinnamon
Keep the yogurt and berries refrigerated. Do not refrigerate the granola.
Approx macros. To increase protein content, mix with whey isolate protein.
