  • 4 Egg whites
  • 2 Cups instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 4 Packets Stevia
  • 1 Medium apple (grated)
  • 1 Medium banana.
