Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups (3/4lb) chopped, smoked lobster tails
- 3 tablespoons lite safflower mayo
- 1 1/2 tablespoon 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (paste or minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- fresh dill to taste
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Steps
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together using a spatula.
Step 2
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
