How to Make Sliders with Egg Whites
These Egg White Delight Sliders are going to change the way you enjoy breakfast. Start by searing the Canadian bacon in a hot, nonstick pan for about five minutes, or until it has a golden sear on both sides. After it is done, put it aside and get ready to make some killer sliders.
Now concentrate on the buns; they are an essential component for the perfect bite. After cutting them in half, gently spray them with olive oil. Put them face down in the skillet and toast for three to five minutes, or until the edges get the perfect light brown color. On the contrary, you can also use the oven approach, slicing the buns, spraying them with oil, and toasting them at 350°F in a preheated oven.
Now that the base is established, focus on the dish’s standout ingredient: the egg whites. Combine them with the sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried chives in a bowl. Make sure the nonstick skillet is clean before heating it over medium-high heat. Using a spatula, add the spiced egg whites and stir until the mixture becomes fluffy and completely scrambled.
Now put the sliders together. To create a creamy foundation, spread the ripe avocado over the insides of the bun, both on top and bottom. Top with the seared Canadian bacon and then the scrambled egg whites. Once you combine these ingredients, your Egg White Delight Sliders are ready for you to enjoy and share with friends and family. A delicious mouthful of flavor awaits you with every bite. Have fun and enjoy these amazing egg-white sliders.

- 2 mini brioche (1oz/28g each) hamburger buns (or bun of choice)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of sea salt & pepper

Step 1
Set a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the bacon and cook until it is seared on both sides, about 5 minutes total. Then remove.
Step 2
Slice the buns in half. Lightly spray with olive oil. Add the buns face down in the skillet. Toast for 3 – 5 minutes or until the edges have lightly browned.
Alternatively, set oven to 350F/177C. Slice the buns open and spray with oil. Then place them in a baking tray face up. Place in the oven and toast for 3 – 5 minutes or until browned/toa¬¬sted to your liking.
Step 3
In a bowl lightly whisk egg whites using a fork with the seasonings. Set nonstick skillet back on the heat for medium-high.
Step 4
Wipe the skillet clean if needed, lightly spray with oil then pour in the egg whites clean. Using a silicone or wooden spatula pull the egg whites from side to side to scramble them. When the eggs are about 75% cooked, take the skillet off the heat and continue scrambling in the skillet using a spatula.
Step 5
