Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Clusters (with Berries)
Ingredients for 20 small clusters
- 255g (9oz) Stevia sweetened dark chocolate (I used Lily’s brand)
- 2/3 cup smooth almond butter
- 1 cup (140g) roasted almonds
- 34g freeze dried berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries), OPTIONAL
- Garnish
- flake salt, OPTIONAL
- Goji berries, OPTIONAL
Steps
Step 1
Melt the chocolate baking chips in the microwave in a glass or ceramic bowl. Once melted, mix it up to make sure it’s smooth.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with parchment or wax paper. Use a large tablespoon and scoop out a heaping tablespoon and place the spoon full on the tray. Repeat until all the chocolate has been used, and make sure there is enough space between the treats so they are not touching.
Step 4
If desired, add the garnish on each treat, then place in the treats in the freezer for at LEAST 45 minutes.
Step 5
Store these in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
Step 6
Enjoy!
