Easy Moroccan Salad
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with sea salt, pepper and lemon. Allow to rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving.

- Set oven to 420F.
- Season chicken breasts with ONE (1) tablespoon olive oil and the spice rub. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
- Set a skillet on medium high heat and once hot add olive oil. Add the chicken breast and sear on each side for 3 minutes, then place the entire skillet in the oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish and enjoy with a whole wheat pita, a serving of Moroccan salad and a tablespoon of tahini.
