In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with sea salt, pepper and lemon. Allow to rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving.
Set oven to 420F.
Season chicken breasts with ONE (1) tablespoon olive oil and the spice rub. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
Set a skillet on medium high heat and once hot add olive oil. Add the chicken breast and sear on each side for 3 minutes, then place the entire skillet in the oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish and enjoy with a whole wheat pita, a serving of Moroccan salad and a tablespoon of tahini.
