Crispy asparagus fries! Need to freshen up your asparagus recipe for yourself or your family?  Try these delicious asparagus fries that are sure to be a hit.  Also, great for parties and upcoming cookouts! Boom.

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • bundle thick asparagus spears (~400g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

TIP: before baking spray with coconut oil for added crispiness. Sprinkle sea salt & red pepper if you would like as well.  Cook for no more than 10 minutes at 375F so the asparagus is firm. Dipping sauce: greek yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, sea salt, hint of lime.

Approx per servings: 237 calories, 16g protein, 16g carbs, 9g fat
