5 Day Smoothie Challenge: Street FighterOn Monday, July 7, 2014, I’m kicking off a 5-day ​Smoothie Challenge, Street Fighter Edition. As a kid (and young adult), I  loved this video game. So, why not find a fun way to combine two of my interests? Healthy eating & Video games.

To get us all consuming more raw veggies & fruits every day, #TeamFMC (@fitmencook, @jhonb973, @lugo_trainer) is challenging you to drink at least 1 smoothie every day for just 5 days.  To have a little more fun, we’re turning this into a game!

Game Rules

  • Monday thru Friday, we will post 1 new smoothie recipe named after a popular Street Fighter character
  • You recreate the recipe
  • Post a pic of your re-creation of the recipe on your social media channel (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+)
  • Hashtag the pic #FitMenCook
  • Share your thoughts about the smoothie

If you don’t, then it’s Game Over.

At the end of 5 days, you’ll select which smoothie you enjoyed the most and we’ll see which Street Fighter character reigns supreme.
