Start your week off right by prepping breakfast for a few days.

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 7 egg whites
  • 9 chicken sausages (must be natural & nitrate-free)
  • 3 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
