You don’t have to wait for November to relive the flavorful explosion of thanksgiving turkey. Home cooks will love this baked turkey egg rolls recipe because it’s both easy to customize and packed with nutrients.

In making this dish, the ingredients that you’ll need are 6oz of ground turkey, lean then three egg roll wraps. Next off, fill two cups with raw spinach and a quarter cup with bean sprouts. For the seasonings, get a tablespoon of red chili pepper, minced garlic, and cumin.

Once you have all of your ingredients ready, set your oven to 405 degrees Fahrenheit. Get a skillet on the medium heat setting then add your ground turkey in.

Next up, introduce your seasonings and stir everything up with a spatula. When your ground turkey is half cooked add in your raw spinach then flip it with your spatula to get it wilted. Roll the entire mix half way into the egg roll wrap then fold the sides on the roll in. Keep rolling until the wrap is fully closed. Repeat until you use up the entire mix.

Put your egg rolls on a large enough baking sheet and spray some olive oil on them to ensure they come out crispy. Bake at 405 F until they turn golden brown, generally around 15 minutes.

Tada! And there you have it! A scrumptious turkey-based dish that will help you get your daily value of protein. Add this now to your saved recipe files and don’t forget to leave a comment or send me an email on your insights for this recipe — as well as your tweaks for this dish.
