- 4 Egg whites
- 2 Cups instant oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
- Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 4 Packets Stevia
- 1 Medium apple (grated)
- 1 Medium banana.
