Slice a peach down the middle and around the pit. Twist the peach to separate it from the inner pit, then remove it. Cut halves into 4 pieces.
Grab a 1/2-oz slice of prosciutto and wrap it around the middle of the peach.
Add a basil (or mint) leaf and top with an 8g mozzarella ball. Use a long toothpick or a skewer and drive it through to hold it all in place.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon of balsamic glaze on top of each one.
