Turkey Meatballs, Mozzarella & Sweet Potato Kabobs

#Superbowl party snack idea » Southwest extra lean turkey meatballs, mozzarella, kale and sweet potato kabobs. Easy, clean and delicious!

Each kabob has approximately 1.5g of ground turkey meat. Perfect way to keep protein high while still incorporating some carbs with the small sweet potato wedges and low fat mozzarella cheese.

Let’s gather all the necessary ingredients for this turkey meatballs. You’ll need ground turkey meat, mozzarella
kale and sweet potato. For the meatball recipe you will need paprika, onions, peppers and seasonings.

To ensure the best flavor season the meat with salt and pepper, paprika, garlic, red onions and diced bell peppers. Combination of fresh and dried herbs give them a special flavour. Mix with spatula or maybe better with hands, and make small balls.

Bake in the oven or use an air fryer if you have one for about 20 minutes or until meat gets golden color. Set aside baked turkey meatballs and prepare the other ingredients.

Cut the sweet potato into small pieces or cubes and bake until soft. While you’re baking those sweet potatoes, use the time to cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes and wash the kale. When all it’s done garnish and enjoy. Viola!

Rapini is in the broccoli family and I love the taste of it. This was ON SALE so I bought it. Ball on a budget!

Here are the main ingredients for today’s recipe. We are going to need rapini, Greek yogurt, strawberries, organic raw honey, almonds, olive oil and seasonings. Sounds interesting? Let’s make this sea bass recipe step by step.

This fish could not be easier to prepare. In addition, you will like the taste of this fish. It can also be eaten with any side dish, but I like it best with sweet potatoes.

Before you start preparing, you should first dry the fish. It is necessary to remove most of the moisture from the fish so that the outside gets a nice color at the end.

Lightly spray a skillet with olive oil and toss the rapini in it. Then, season with garlic and Liquid Aminos. Simmer the rapini until soft.

Season the fish with garlic, pepper and cumin. Bake the Corvina in the oven until it gets a nice brown color on the outside. When it’s done, take it out and set it aside to cool.
