Sea Bass & Loaded Sweet Potato

Loaded sweet potato with organic raw honey, almonds & strawberries, baked Corvina sea bass, braised rapini. Cost effective, delicious and healthy meal. Boom. (Tradicional Abajo)

Rapini is in the broccoli family and I love the taste of it. This was ON SALE so I bought it. Ball on a budget!

Here are the main ingredients for today’s recipe. We are going to need rapini, Greek yogurt, strawberries, organic raw honey, almonds, olive oil and seasonings. Sounds interesting? Let’s make this sea bass recipe step by step.

This fish could not be easier to prepare. In addition, you will like the taste of this fish. It can also be eaten with any side dish, but I like it best with sweet potatoes.

Before you start preparing, you should first dry the fish. It is necessary to remove most of the moisture from the fish so that the outside gets a nice color at the end.

Lightly spray a skillet with olive oil and toss the rapini in it. Then, season with garlic and Liquid Aminos. Simmer the rapini until soft.

Season the fish with garlic, pepper and cumin. Bake the Corvina in the oven until it gets a nice brown color on the outside. When it’s done, take it out and set it aside to cool.

Now, we are going to make stuffed sweet potatoes. First, carve out the contents of baked sweet potatoes and mash in a bowl. Add cinnamon and Greek yogurt to it. Fill potatoes with mixture and add strawberries, almonds and organic raw honey.

Serve potatoes with seared Chilean sea bass rapini and garnish. Enjoy your healthy and delicious meal!

This is a good combo of simple and complex carbs post workout to replenish glycogen in the muscles and stop you from shaking.

Approx macros for my meal including 150g sweet potato, honey and 7oz Corvina.

Smoked Salmon Sliders

Sliders are a perfect alternative to regular burgers. No matter the occasion, sliders are always welcome. What is best about them is they are so easy to make and on top of that they are so versatile. You can make them however you see fit and experiment with the toppings. No matter what, today we will show you an amazing, yet simple, salmon sliders recipe. It is packed with protein and is perfect as both an after-workout meal and for a simple brunch with your friends. So, why not surprise everyone and make these. So, roll up those sleeves and get ready for some easy and fast cooking.

This recipe is quite simple at its base. The two main ingredients that you need are smoked salmon filets and some slider buns (preferably whole wheat ones). However, you can always experiment and put your own twist. You can substitute smoked salmon with grilled salmon to create the perfect grilled salmon sliders. An oven is also an option if you do not have a grill. No matter what, to pack some flavor into these sliders, you are going to need some seasonings.

Here you can do pretty much whatever you like. One of the most popular spreads for a salmon slider is garlic aioli. Add some lemon to it and create garlic lemon aioli. Lemon always goes well with any fish. Another option is garlic lemon pepper seasoning. You cannot go wrong with this.

Another option is to simply bake some salmon seasoning it with smoke seasoning and fresh lemon. After it is done, put it in a bowl and mash it together with two tablespoons of Greek yogurt (preferably fat-free), one ounce of goat cheese, one-fourth of a cup of red onions (diced), and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

That is all. Make these sliders for your friends and family and they will surely enjoy them. Happy cooking!
