Spicy madras & curry deviled eggs with chicken breast and mixed green salad. Boom.

Spicy Madras & Curry Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1.5 yolks from boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping tbsp Seeds of Change Madras sauce
  • Curry powder, cayenne pepper, hint of sea salt
Steps
  1. Boil eggs in water.  Peel them them and slice them in half.
  2. Remove the yolks from the eggs and save 1.5 yolks to use for the stuffing.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, yolks, madras sauce, curry powder. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Stuff the eggs with the filling.
  5. Enjoy!
