  • Raw Bee-Free Honey or Agave (1 tablespoon): adds sweetness to the dressing and balances out the tahini's bitterness.

  • Dehydrated Chives (1.5 tbsp): Gives a subtle onion taste, improving the flavor of the dish as a whole.
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill: It is crucial for any ranch dressing, giving it a fresh and herbaceous flavor.

How to Make Vegan Ranch Dressing

Step 1

To begin with, make sure that you have all of the necessary ingredients ready.

Note:
1) if it is too salty, add teaspoons of sugar or agave until you reach your desired flavor;
2) if it is too thick, add tablespoons of water or plant milk until you reach your desired consistency;
3) if it is too thin, add tablespoons of yogurt until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 2

Once you have everything ready, add all of your ingredients to a high-powered blender or an immersion blender.

Blend everything until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.

Next step is to season the dressing. Add sea salt and pepper according to your taste.

n case your dressing is too salty, do not worry; just add sugar or agave in teaspoons until the dressing reaches the desired taste. On the other hand, if the dressing is too thin just add yogurt, and if it is too thick add some water or plant milk until you get the right consistency.
