Sriracha Yogurt Dressing & Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 cups, approximately 16 servings:

  • 14oz 2% Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cucumber (grated)
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste (or minced garlic)
  • juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  •  1 tbsp olive oil or safflower oil
  • sea salt, pepper to taste

Steps

Step 1

Grate a cucumber into a bowl.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix together.

Step 3

Store in a jar or glass airtight container.

This will last for about 6 days in the refrigerator.
