Spicy Madras & Curry Deviled Eggs


  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1.5 yolks from boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping tbsp Seeds of Change Madras sauce
  • Curry powder, cayenne pepper, hint of sea salt


Step 1

Boil eggs in water. Peel them them and slice them in half.

Step 2

Remove the yolks from the eggs and save 1.5 yolks to use for the stuffing.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, yolks, madras sauce, curry powder. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Step 4

Stuff the eggs with the filling.
