REMIX! Crispy Turkey & Sweet Potato Balls
Ingredients
for at least 8 balls:
- 8oz extra lean ground turkey
- 500g baked sweet potato
- 2 tbsp coconut flour (or wheat or oat flour but then it may not be gluten-free)
- 1.5 tbsp McCormick’s low sodium chili seasoning
- 2 bags Quest Protein Chips (I am looking for another substitute for this but as of right now, this is the lowest carb and gluten free alternative I have found)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
