Curry-spiced kabob

Ingredients

For at least 18oz chicken pieces:

  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • juice from 1 lemon

Steps

Step 1

Cut your chicken breast into pieces.

Step 2

Season the pieces of chicken breast.

Step 3

Weigh your serving size of chicken breast (ex: 4oz – 8oz chicken breast).

Step 4

Assemble the kabobs.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for about 16 – 20 minutes at 405F, or cook on a grill.

Smoky Sriracha kabob

Ingredients

For at least 18oz chicken pieces:

  • 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (after cooking)
  • 1 tsp cumin

Steps

Step 1

Cut your chicken breast into pieces.

Step 2

Season the pieces of chicken breast.

Step 3

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp honey mustard (OR use regular mustard then add 1 tbsp organic honey)
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • one red bell pepper

Season the pieces of chicken breast.

Step 3

Weigh your serving size of chicken breast (ex: 4oz – 8oz chicken breast).
