Oven-Baked Protein & Oat Cake

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Whey protein powder (Cookies & Cream)
  • 1.4 oz Ultra-fine oats (regular oats will do too)
  • 2 tbsp of PB2 Peanut butter powder or 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
  • 0.35 oz Chia seeds
  • 0.18 oz Cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup Soy milk

(Toppings) For Later on:

  • 2.5 oz Banana
  • Walden farms pancake syrup
  • 0.18 oz Cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp of shredded coco

Steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375F

Step 2

In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients (not the toppings!)

Step 3

When you’ve mixed everything together, spray your pan with Pam Cooking Spray or you can use some olive oil to grease your pan

Step 4

Pour the mixture in to the pan and put it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes

Step 5

Slice the banana in 8-10 thick slices, take the pan out and add the banana slices, cacao nibs and the coco

Step 6

Put it back in the oven for at least 10 and a maximum of 15 minutes

Step 7

When it’s done, let it cool down add some syrup and enjoy your protein & oat cake!
