Orange Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients for 1 Orange Tropical Smoothie serving

  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 6oz no sugar added orange juice (or water)
  • 7oz 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop collagen (or choice of low carb protein powder)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Note: if you are sensitive to spikes in sugar, I recommend adding a tablespoon of olive oil, nut butter or avocado.  Enjoy!

Step 2

For meal prep, store the ingredients (except the juice, yogurt and protein powder) in sealable containers or bags in the freezer.
