Begin by adding orange peels and ginger to a food processor or blender. Process until finely chopped. Adjust the amount of ginger to suit your taste preferences.
Next, incorporate the remaining ingredients into the food processor. Blend everything together until well-mixed. If necessary, add tablespoons of almond milk to facilitate blending.
Transfer the mixture into a container, such as disposable cups, and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours. Due to the less creamy nature of oranges when blended, a longer freezing time is required.
When ready to serve, allow the nice cream to rest on the counter for 5 – 10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and relish this bowl of wellness!
