How to Make Protein Ice Cream Ninja Creami
Step 1
Prepare your base
:
Combine 1 cup of Fairlife milk (or your preferred milk alternative), 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a blender.
Add a sweetener to taste, such as 1 tablespoon of honey or stevia.
Step 2
Chill the mixture
:
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
Freeze for 24 hours to allow the base to set properly.
Step 3
Process in the Ninja Creami:
After freezing, place the container in the Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
If the texture is too crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and reprocess to achieve creaminess.
Step 4
Customize your ice cream:
