Mango, Coconut, Banana & Walnut Baked Protein Oatmeal
Make these Protein-Packed Oatmeal Muffins to start your day with a wholesome and delectable breakfast. These muffins are a healthy treat thanks to a combination of Dymatize Fusion7 Whey protein, robust oats, tasty fruits, and crunchy nuts. To begin, preheat your oven to 405°F.
In a large bowl of your choice, combine 3/4 scoop of Dymatize Fusion7 Whey protein powder, 1/2 cup of instant oatmeal, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/8 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/8 cup of shredded coconut, and a packet of Stevia or your preferred sweetener. To make sure the batter is smooth and equally distributed, add all the ingredients until well combined.
Then, fill each tiny ramekin or muffin cup with about two-thirds of the batter. As a result, the muffins will be able to rise and assume shape while baking. The ramekin or muffin cups should be placed in the preheated oven and baked for 15 to 18 minutes. Keep an eye on the muffins and check for a firm texture and a golden brown hue. Insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin to see whether they are finished; if it comes out clean, they are.
After baking, take the muffins out of the oven and allow them to cool. After that, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. These protein-packed oatmeal muffins are a quick and wholesome alternative for breakfast and also make a filling snack for the rest of the day. For a few days at room temperature, or for longer freshness, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy the benefits of oats, fruit, nuts, and protein with every delicious mouthful of these muffins. They offer a well-balanced mix of tastes and nutrients to keep you full and fueled. Start your day off well with these Protein-Packed Oatmeal Muffins and take advantage of their convenience and health advantages.
