High Protein Frozen Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Bark

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • Pinch of turmeric (for golden color)
  • 1/4 cup berry compote or jam

Optional mix-ins:

  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Chopped nuts
  • Granola clusters
  • Dried fruit
  • Seeds (chia, hemp, etc.)

Steps

Step 1

Blend Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, and turmeric until completely smooth

Step 2

Pour mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 baking dish or tray

Step 3

Drop spoonfuls of berry compote throughout the mixture

Step 4

Use a toothpick or knife to create swirl patterns with the compote

Step 5

Add optional mix-ins: sprinkle with white chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or your favorite
toppings

Step 6

Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until solid

Step 7

Let sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting into bark pieces

Step 8

Cut into squares or rectangles with a sharp knife (don’t break apart – the texture will be
soft and malleable, not brittle like traditional bark)
