  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt

How to Prepare Low-Calorie Pumpkin Pie

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie pan.

Step 2

Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
