Ingredients

Salad
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, chopped or torn
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons feta crumble
  • 6oz rotisserie chicken, shredded and meat only

  • 2 whole wheat pitas

Steps

Step 1

Chop up or tear lettuce into pieces.

Step 2

Add all salad ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss in the seasoning, vinegar, and oil to ensure all is coated well.

Warm up a pita in the microwave for 15 – 20 seconds, slice it open and stuff one half inside of the other.

Stuff with half of the salad!
