Protein Peanut Butter

Step 1

Measure 90g of powdered protein and set aside.

Step 2

In a cup or bowl, whisk 1-2 scoops of protein powder with 4-5oz of water.

Step 3

In a jar or container that you plan to use for your protein nut butter, slowly add the powdered peanut butter and the protein mix (liquid) a little bit at a time, stirring each to ensure the peanut butter is incorporated.  Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Step 4

Add honey or any other spice you would like to customize YOUR protein nut butter and mix well!  Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Note: if your nut butter is too thin, simply add tablespoons of nut butter (or protein powder) until you reach your desired consistency.  If it is too thick, simply add tablespoons of water until you reach your desired consistency.
