Slice a large Haas avocado in half and remove the pit.
Remove about 3/4 of the “meat” of the avocado to create a large hole. Dice the contents of the avocado and add it to a bowl.
Add black beans, corn, pico de gallo to the bowl and season with cilantro, pinch of sea salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients together and add the mixture back to the avocado.
